Meet the Team

DZUNG NGUYEN

Dzung Nguyen has over 21 years’ experience in Architecture, Quantity Surveying and Project Management and has been responsible for pre-tender cost planning, post contract services, construction cost management and facility management of numerous projects in all states of Australia, bills of quantities, sketch design cost plans, contract variations, corrective services, all aspects of cost management, commercial management services, health projects, civic works/public domain main works and recreational facilities.

He is skilled at planning and executing all phases of the project management life cycle, project controls, value management, Design and Construct projects in the infrastructure and building sectors.

HANEY MIKHAEL

Haney has over 35 years of experience in the
construction industry with extensive involvement in a variety of public and private sector projects, his specialist skills include client representation, cost and contract advice, project procurement advice, feasibility studies, cost planning and cost management, tender documentation and review, contract administration, negotiation, claims review
and settlement. With broad ranging sector
experience, Haney adds value through experience in public, residential, engineering, retail, commercial and fit out projects.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors with substantial experience in most sectors. Haney has held many senior Quantity Surveyor roles successfully delivering tailored consultancy services to meet all client requirements. He is passionate about delivering client satisfaction and value for money on his projects.

VINH NHU NGUYEN

Vinh Nguyen has over 9 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive involvement in a variety of public and private sector projects, his specialist skills in design consultant, divisions of Planning and Investment include client representation, pre-feasibility and feasibility research, project procurement advice, tender documentation and review, contract administration, select contractor and draft construction contract, negotiation, control the construction progress of projects, organize and manage costs of project, identify and control risks for the project, perform supervisory role of the investor for the project, preparation of the bidding documents.
